2013 is starting off strong for this chick. I’ve already read some amazing books, and honestly I’m setting the bar quite high for myself in terms of what’s going to rock my socks this year. The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer (4.5stars) was so unexpected — literally blew my mind. Of course, you get very little from the synopsis, but I still didn’t think all THAT would occur.

OMG! This book is so mysterious! Confusing? Vague?! It started with psychological, turned into paranormal and ended in thriller! It was so good!! The way it ended is just right, unlike most series with dramatic cliffhangers. Well it was a cliffhanger but more of a revelation, but then, you're not even sure if it's real! Half of the book might be not real or maybe it was, who knows? I thought this was a stand alone novel but turns out it wasn't...Ooh I cannot wait for the sequel this October!!!xD
