I enjoyed this book immensely. At times I was worried, scared, sympathetic and laughing out loud. The ending though, while good left me wanting a bit. The ending was true to the series in every way but I feel like it fell just a little short.. Honestly I could not have come with a better ending so this is more of a 4.5 that a flat 4.

The last book in Abercrombie's trilogy. While I enjoyed the characters and the writing, I was disappointed by the ending. I guess it kept in line with the cynicism of the book but I was expecting something more final and positive. Still worth the read.
