first half of the book is better
Really loved Tony's style. Down to earth and real. If you are a manager or an entrepreneur this book has multiple messages you need to hear. Tony's outlook on life is motivating and it is no wonder that Zappos employees seem so happy!

Great story for entrepreneurs to read! The world would be a better place if more companies were run like Zappos.
I've read the original book before but I still had a lot of fun reading it again in this comic book format!
