Shelves: part-of-a-series, read-for-book-club, read-2013
4 Stars for the story. 2.5 stars for the performer. I really like this story, so much in fact I convinced my book club to read it this year. Since I already read the hardcover when it originally came out, I opted for the audio book. I felt like they chose the wrong person to read me the story. He sounded a little too old for me to believe he was Connor. He did okay with some of the other voice variations, but I did hear him repeat the same variation for multiple people. Shelves: some-of-my-favorites, series-i-am-or-have-been-into
This book truly had a "Wow!" factor for me in some parts that has rarely been matched. There are just some very powerful emotions going on in the story, which at times carried me away into wonderful, deep feelings and thoughts.
Unwind is an easy to read adventure, but also leaves you with very intriguing and thought-provoking memories.
