I read half this book and then put it down for a while and went back to it and boy am I glad I finished it! The prose is like poetry and the grittiness of it is brutal and awesome. It's a masterpiece. ...more

Es una historia muy seca y violenta. Visceral por momentos. Llena de simbolismo y prosa pesada a veces.

En ciertos puntos parece extenderse demasiado en descripciones que parecen sin importancia, pero que sirven bastante bien para introducirte en la atmósfera y nodejarte salir de la historia.

Raw, bloody and intense. Hard to read at times because of the brutalities, but with very beautiful passages amidst the horror.
