Wow.
What did I think of book three? I'm still trying to work that out.
It was better than Insurgent in a lot of ways, not as fast paced as Divergent until the very end, but it did offer a lot of more of the background of the world they live in. This also helped to explain why the things I found so hard to believe about their society in the first two books were as they were.
As with Divergent, if you don't logic at it too much, and go with the story, it's an enjoyable read. I could pull it apart ...more

As scared as I was to finish this series after all the bad vibes I was picking up over it online, I went ahead and dove right back into the world of Tris and Four. I feel like this book didn't quite live up to my expectations of the series. I love Veronica Roth's writing style, love her characters, Divergent will forever be one of my absolute favorite Dystopian books, but this final installment def. left me wanting. I think some loose ends were cleaned up, but new ones were frayed. I don't think
