I am...disappointed.

I still think Brigid Kemmerer is a lovely person and writer, but this was not my favorite reading experience.

I absolutely loved this conclusion to this series. I found the characters true to themselves throughout and I got a heartwarming ending, obviously what I wanted. Did everyone survive? No, but it was so very good. Grey and Lia Mara along with Rhen and Harper are in conflict (as are their respective king(queen)doms and yet it all comes together in the end. There were just a couple of loose ends that didn't get tied up in a bow at the end which might lead to either another book or a spin off series ...more
