I've really enjoyed the books I've read by Becky Albertalli and I am looking forward to reading her newest one coming out this year, Leah on the Off Beat. It was based off one of Simon's best friend in this book and she is a badass character we all got to know and love.

I LOVE this novel so much! In fact, I am totally captivated by the entire Simonverse - all three novels, one novella, and a tv show. :)
I have actually read this novel multiple times. I decided to reread it with the new novella out (Love, Creekwood) plus the spin-off tv series (Love, Victor). This was a cute book. I think the writing may have been too cutesy, which kept me from really loving it. I'm interested in seeing how they spin the movie.
