This was not nearly as good as the first one... I had a hard time putting that one down, but this one dragged quite a bit. Especially in the middle. I considered giving up several times, but mild curiosity kept me going. I am still interested in the story, so I will read the next one, but I am not looking forward to it as much as I was looking forward to this book.
