I had a hard time getting into this book at first for some reason ... maybe it was because of the author starts out discussing the spread of disease and picks Baltimore's syphilis epidemic as the example to use in the introduction. But I kept reading (the writing is very engaging and well-done) and was absolutely glued to the "stickiness" chapter (haha) on Sesame Street. I liked this a lot more than freakonomics and the world is flat.

With the exception of some correlation=causation stretches, it was a fantastic and interesting read. I would recommend it to anyone. I know some readers have a problem with Gladwell's tone, but I didn't feel like he came off arrogant or haughty at all.
