This book is amazing! It's the first book in the Darkest Powers trilogy, and it takes you for quite the ride. We as the readers get to learn about the Supernatural world along with Chloe, and it's full of twists and turns. The Summoning is the book that got me into reading Kelley Armstrong, and boy am I glad I found it. I’ve heard of the Darkest Powers Trilogy for quite some time now, but never really had the urge to read it.
Thank god I did! I absolutely adore this series!
Chloe is a fifteen year old high-school student who lives with her workaholic dad and aunt. After her mother died when she was just a child, she and her dad moved from town to town and have now settled in Buffalo where Chloe visits the school of arts.
