Up until the weird ending, I actually found Nightlight entertaining, humorous, and amusing. Belle was pretty stupid, though, and at times, I felt like this book was trying too hard to be funny that it ended up failing miserably. But I got to admit, I liked this a hell of a lot more than Twilight. I'll never love Twilight, of course, but I like the parody a bit. So from now on, I'm going to think that Stephenie Meyers wrote an awful parody of Nightlight and titled it Twilight.

As much as I hate Tw*l*ght, I thought this would be an amusing read. The beginning was rather hilarious, but then it veered and became ridiculous, stupid, and obnoxious... Don't read this book. Seriously.

okay, so, this was pretty amusing and had me laughing pretty hard at some points, but mostly it was just stupid. i thought belle's pathetic arrogance was largely overdone, and that it just went way too overboard.

When I saw this book I knew I had to buy it. It said the novel was a parody and it didn't disappoint. I loved the fact that the authors made every single small detail blown out of proportion as much as they could. Yet the real funny thing is I like this main character much more than the one its poking fun at. What I loved most of all was even though it was somewhat modeled after another book it seemed original, well the jokes were at least.

Not worth reading. There were a few good moments in there, but you can read most of them on the quotes page. The rest of it wasn't really worth it. I guess it just fell short of my expectations.
