A marvelous little novel, told at first person and despite the appearance of humor is a very serious book dealing with many important questions of life. I can almost call it a disguised philosophy book. Anyway, it is so carefully and brilliantly crafted, that I guess that anyone would enjoy it.

Morbid and filled with dark humour yet the young boy who tells the story is innocent in some way which shows in some of his conduct and the way he mixes up words like children usually do. The story also shows that being normal is invented by the society and that you can find affection in the utmost surprising places.
