This is the absolute best audiobook I've ever listened to (it even edged out Neverwhere!), but most of that is due to the fantastic reading voice of Will Patton. Wow!

(I may misspell a few names, since I listened to it, I'm guessing a bit.)

There were a few little things I didn't like about the plot, and I found the ending to be wholly unsatisfying because it did not resolve the issue that opens the book. On the other hand, I am incredibly sad that it is over.

Better than I expected, even with the "love triangle." I had been avoiding this series for a while because of "Shiver" which was too much with the insta-love. I'm glad that I finally took the plunge since there are interesting elements such as ley lines, psychics, and ghosts.

This was a mother-daughter book club choice. I enjoyed it but it's clear that is is the first of a series. The climax wasn't very climactic but did set plot lines up for the remainder of the series. The protagonist, Blue, is a strong female teen character. Yay! ...more
