An entirely unreviewable book - you can’t review William Blake, he’s Willam Blake!

Suffice to say, I enjoyed Songs of Innocence and Experience but not nearly as much as I did in my twenties.

The poems by themselves. . .Idk is not what I'm exactly drawn toward (definitely would not choose to read this as a text-only e-book), but it's because these poems were meant to be read on those illustrated plate things, which are wow, feels like tarot cards or something else. Songs of innocence- not so much. Songs of experience however: amazing. Some great work here, The Poison Tree stands out as new to me- that is some cold comfort right there. Nothing like some bitter poetry to really deliver the slow burn!
