One of the very best books I read this year! I went out immediately and found every book I could by Helen Oyeyemi because I loved it so much!
It was both completely unique and somehow familiar all at once. I cared about the characters, even when I didn't like them. I loved each of the stories they presented me with and the exemplary individuality of the novel in general and hope one day to read something else like it again! ...more
