The main character's name is Linda Martin. My name is Linda Martin. How can I give this novel any less than 5 stars? I just can't. I never before thought of my name as being one someone would choose as the lead character, the heroine, in a romantic suspense novel.
I wish I'd read this novel when I was a teenager so I would have realized it is a romantic name, not just a name shared with thousands if not millions of other Linda Martins born in the USA during the 1950's or thereabouts. Everywhere ...more

After hearing so much about this book, I was disappointed. The mystery was not really a mystery, the romance was less than plausible. The setting was atmospheric, but that was about it...
I was glued to this book all day! Review to follow.....
