What Members Thought
While I liked the book and the writer's style, I disliked almost every character. I could hardly put it down, but then again, I was sick of the characters and their actions.
2025 re-read: still disliked every single character. The hulking, brooding Heathcliffe never did that much for me.
Read this first in high school in the 70s. Re-reading it.
