Seriously do not ever go near an Oracle. It is the *worst* idea ever. I enjoyed this one more than Oedipus Rex.
Update:
Reread this with some version on Libby and it was not great. Now I'm trying to figure out which translation I read the first time. (Edit: it was Robert Fagles)

This is a classic and will always be one of my favorites, what with the duality of peace/war, right/wrong, and love/hate. It is amazing how the story is almost a mirror image of itself from every angle, but most is impressive is the unnatural oppositeness of it all: burying people alive, not burying the dead, etc.
