What Members Thought
Interesting characters and plot. About memories, past lives, symbols, dreams. Head felt pretty swimmy through the whole thing: not confused, just floating and odd. Densely packed with literary and philosophical references: probably missed out on many of them. Good and interesting overall--will recommend it to some people, first, my dad.
A really lovely read. I had somewhat low expectations for this book given what I had heard about it "talking cats" and all. But, it is written quite beautifully and has a whole lot more going on than just those cats!
