What Members Thought

Well written book about a woman in Scotland who isolates herself socially because of a tumultuous relationship that she has with her mother. There are many lonely people out there, and Honeyman does a nice job capturing that loneliness via Eleanor. I enjoyed the story because it felt good knowing that one person reaching out to another with kindness can act as a catalyst of hope for a different life for that person.
A very good read, which I highly recommend.
