In this story, Veronica Speedwell visits The Curiosity Club, a group of intelligent and daring women, and meets a lady who tries to be incognito, but who Veronica recognizes as royalty. Regarding the mystery and the solving of it: do not expect Agatha Christie. Despite assuring us many times that she and Stoker are scientists they go about their investigation is an extremely haphazard and unsystematic way. Almost all the information they come by is by luck.
