The second book in the seven sisters series. This time the history of second daughter Ally is explored along with her present day romance with yacht racer Theo. The historical part mainly tells the story of singer Anna Landvik. I enjoyed Ally's story a bit more than I did that of the first sister but found the story line of her falling in love with someone who she has only known a few days to be hard to swallow. As with the previous book, this tells both a modern day story and that of the main character's ancestors with a mix of fact and fiction. Enjoyable read with some hints to the next book.
