Not too many women can get poisoned chocolates, be interrogated by the police, and sell expensive properties in the same day.
Yep, it's a cozy!
I'm reading this to fulfill the "Goodreads Recommendation" category of the 2016 Around the Year reading challenge. Aroura Teagarden is a librarian who becomes the target of a killer copying famous murder cases. Someone is going to great lengths to involve Aroura in the murders and she soon comes under suspicion of the police (and local busybodies). Aurora Teagarden is a librarian in Lawrenceton, Georgia and she is the landlady for townhouses her mother owns. Aurora also belongs ot a group that meets monthly to discuss a real murder. At one meeting Aurora finds the body of a group member who has been killed in a way that resembles the murder she was to discuss that month. The book started out strong but when more murders occur it started to loose focus. I enjoyed the main character and her love interests and will continue with the series.
