Liked it a lot. Great to get lost inside of the Durrells' Corfu during a long winter. Also refreshing that the novels don't push the looking-for-romance angle like the TV series does (so hard!). I love Gerry's obsession with animals, and all of the adults he encounters in his travels and his perspective on them. ...more
