Hear that sound? It's Star wars, Lord of the Rings, Wheel of Time, Dune, and many many other wonderfully told fantasy novels shouting for their stories back. Most authors are clearly influenced by other writers and that shows in their writing but this is a recycled mess of better stories. Sorry to say but terrible.
