In book 9 someone is killing off practitioners of magic that can not become full fledged wizards and it seems that maybe Harry's half brother might be involved. Harry doesn't believe it but he wants to protect those who are in trouble and so he teams up with someone from his past to try and keep them safe.

This was the first Dresden book I read and I am very much looking forward to reading the others. I enjoyed this book immensely. Fast paced, interesting and quite funny. Hopefully the others will be as good.
Fantastic as usual! More action in this one, less angst. Which is why it got four stars from me instead of five (I can't give five stars to all of them, can I?). I'll save the five stars for the ones where Harry really suffers. ;)
