I enjoyed this book though at times the writing style was a little hard to follow. This follows a "hero" recruited by the Empress of 20 universes to help retrieve a stolen object of great power. There is plenty of action and quite a bit of satirical humor.

I liked the book. (The book was lent from a friend from work and the book is older than I am and has a price tag of $0.75 and no bar code on the back.) I ended and begin with the main character and cleared the plots of the story to my satisfaction. It took a little time to get started and for the story to unroll. I did find myself looking forward to finish the book than to start it. With some of the items in the story like the sexism and the obsession with spanking women, could be due to time fr
