What Members Thought
The first book in the Alex Cross series was fascinating. It only compounds my love of Patterson's writing. The story: two children are kidnapped by a psychotic madman, or is he psychotic? Is he really a sociopath who cares nothing about being famous or is he a normal run-of-the-mill guy suffering severely from multiple personality disorder? Finally, a book with a twist I didn't see coming! Thrilling to the very end! The characters were believable. The constant need to know what was going to happen next kept me going. I read this book in 3 sittings! I just couldn't put it down.
