Absolutely Amazing! This series breaks my heart and mends it over and over again. It seems every one of these books is going to make me laugh, cry, angry, and fall in love.

I will say this again in case you have not been paying attention to me.

IF YOU ARE NOT READING THESE BOOKS IMMEDIATELY GO OUT AND BUY THEM OR GET THEM FROM THE LIBRARY!!!!

I can't even say what is going on in this one because if you are behind a bit it will giveaway a major part of the plot. Just read it!!! ...more

Georgina's personal life has been extraordinarily complicated since she agreed to be a bridesmaid in Maddie & Seth's wedding. This responsibility has left Georgina right in the middle of the wedding plans, making her absolutely miserable. She tries to stop herself from falling into a pit of despair, but she can't seem to completely avoid moments of depression.

It is during her lowest moments that Georgina begins to hear a song that gives her a sense of being drawn toward an escape from her misery Georgina's personal life has been extraordinarily complicated since she agreed to be a bridesmaid in Maddie & Seth's wedding. This responsibility has left Georgina right in the middle of the wedding plans, making her absolutely miserable. She tries to stop herself from falling into a pit of despair, but she can't seem to completely avoid moments of depression.

It is during her lowest moments that Georgina begins to hear a song that gives her a sense of being drawn toward an escape from her misery. These moments of song pull Georgina into a trance state in which her body and mind seem to function separately. In her mind, she is walking toward peace. However, her body is pulled toward danger when these trances occur. Who is trying to harm her this time? And why?

To further complicate matters, a new Succubus comes to town who is determined to take advantage of Seth. Her target does not appear to be an accident either; she seems utterly focused on conquering him. This new presence causes Georgina to feel like she has to protect the one person who is causing her the most pain. It also poses a very important question: Why is hell so determined to claim Seth?

I understand that Georgina's heart is still with Seth, but I've never been quite clear about why she is so infatuated with this man. Seth's character leaves a lot to be desired. First of all, he has never been honest with his fiance that her best buddy Georgina is also his ex-lover. What kind of man would keep that secret from his future wife? And furthermore, what kind of man would put his ex-lover through such an uncomfortable situation as to have her stand up in his wedding to another woman? A real man would never allow such a thing. This whole scenario makes him out to be a heartless wimp of a man.

On the other hand, Georgina's depression is certainly valid. While I don't understand why she hangs on to this man, I completely sympathize with the pain she is feeling. This is a very emotional roller-coaster of a book to read. I found myself hoping desperately that she would give up this human man completely and move on to a fellow immortal like Roman.

Aside from the personal drama, this book dives deeper into the visions and memories that Georgina has experienced throughout the series. As readers, we are not privy to any more information that what Georgina has learned. I certainly have had my guesses as to the secrets of her contract with hell, but we are still left completely in the dark as this story unfolds. I can't wait to read the final book in the series, Succubus Revealed, to find out what this mystery has really been about.

I recommend this series to fans of paranormal romance, particularly if you would like to try something different from the more common vamps and weres. ...more
