I HIGHLY recommend the audiobook. It's perfection. 
This is probably the best thriller I've read since Gone Girl (which is still my absolute number 1).
It genuinely creeped me out and not many books manage to do that. I also need to give a lot of credit to the narrator (Santino Fontana) because he did a perfect job.
Maybe some people don't or won't like this because literally everyone in this story is awful (except Ethan). But that's why I liked it. I love stories about messed up people who pretty ...more

I was a little torn on this book. The narrator is not the most likable, he's obviously a psychopath, but he's also a hypocrite and whiny. The girl isn't all that likable either, she's narcissistic and self-absorbed. Both characters are really sexual, to the point that I was a little uncomfortable reading somethings.
The book holds your attention though. You want to know what happens to them, as well as what happens to the people that get in their way. I didn't love this book like I wanted to, but ...more
