I, of course, loved this book because I think I would love anything Jennifer Weiner writes. I am a little surprised that people disliked the book because of the overwhelmingly sad occurance at the end of the book. Did you all think Good in Bed was light hearted and breezy? This is the sequels to Weiners book "Good in Bed" which is the only other book of hers I have read. Being of substantial size myself, I really enjoyed that story--about a plus-sized woman whose ex-boyfriend writes a column about how surprisingly satisfying it is to sleep with a big woman.

This was my absolute favorite of all of Jennifer Weiner's books! She is an amazing author. This book is one I think every woman can relate to, including the struggles of growing up at age 13, trying to find your own way in the world, and arguing with your mother. It's such a great read. I did not want to put it down! ...more

I enjoyed this book but didn't love it. I know this was a follow-up to Good in Bed but it could have just been a completely unrelated story as far as I was concerned. But I have to say the ending did surprise me -- I was taken off guard. ...more

I really enjoyed this book. The parts about her mothering style were really funny. Probably a little biased b/c I like the authors past books. Crazy ending!
