A Christmas Carol er unødvendig svært skrevet, men budskabet er selvfølgeligt varmt. Selvom det ikke er Charles Dickens skyld, så har de mange fortolkninger af hans historie udvandet historien til sådan en grad at den blot føles irrelevant og efterlader derfor kun et indtryk af at være frustrerende skrevet.

This book managed to make me absolutely happy this Christmas. At first I thought the classic tone of writing will turn me off, thankfully it didn't. The classic tone just adds up to the awesomeness of the book.
