Just finished re-reading this book and I had to give it 5 stars! I also had to wonder what was the reason that it didn't impress me when I read it the first time.
The story is about Mary Yellan, who lost her mother - her last relative, searching for a new home with her aunt at Jamaica inn - a lonely house located on the Cornwell moor.
