I enjoyed this story. Mac is starting to learn that she can't really trust everyone who claims that they are here to help her. She is growing to bit of an adult and I love the rants with her and Barron. Those are just too funny but I think he may be the only one that is actually trying to help her. I can't wait to continue and find out what's to come between them and of course what Mac really learns about who she is. ...more

Killer ...more

Mackayla is back and ready to find out who killed her sister, she survived some horrific things, and of course, will have to do that again. There are more players in her quest to find the book of the fae, but whose side are they on? Barron's gets another chance to save her, but we learn little about him and who he is and what is in the underground bunker. Hopefully the next book in the series will answer more questions. ...more
