I thought the hero and heroine didn't spend enough time just to get to know one another, sex scenes do not equal romance in my book. I mourned the loss of the strong, level-headed, and confident character Isabel originally was the minute she ended up in Nick's arms.

I was on the shelf on how to rate this book.
It was at times funny, but also had me rolling my eyes at lot towards the end. By the end I wasn't sure if I really liked either of them.
Isabelle runs a sort of women's shelter and she ends up taking in the sister of a duke. Nick is sent by the duke to find his sister.
At the same time Isabelle needs someone who specializes in antiques and Nick is trying to get away from all the women in town.
