I picked up this book for a challenge, and I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it! Lydia Bird and her fiance, Freddie Hunter, have known each other since they were kids and plan to be together forever. Until an accident takes Freddie from her and everything she thought she knew is upended. As Lydia struggles to get through the days without Freddie, she discovers a way she can continue in their old life.
