It had a slow start and I was kind of 'meh' about it. But then the story picked up and the characters were adorable.

After a slew of mediocre reads, it was a pleasure to sit down with a classic Regency Romance by one of my favorite authors. There can't be spoilers because you know "they" will get together and live happily ever after. What I enjoined most was that this wasn't a "bodice ripper." Honoria and Marcus are initially friends and they grow to fall in love with each other. It's the realizing they are in love and finally getting together than made this a delightful read.
