The Bridgerton stories are my comfort blank and this one was no exception. A retelling of the Cinderella story, humorous, poignant and entertaining. A perfect afternoon of escapism with good triumphing over evil and love over coming all obstacles.

just like cinderella story..
A bit closer to four stars in writing but I'm binge reading and although I liked better than book 2, this book was stand up "Cinderella" and therefore closer to 2 stars.
