What Members Thought

I love all Julia Quinn's books, but this one was especially good! I was worried that the Cinderella storyline might be annoying or silly, but she's too good a writer to do that, I think. I loved Sophie and Benedict, separately and together, and though there were a couple cliches in the romance, they weren't enough to bother me.

I enjoyed this book immensely. One of my favorite in this series.
I really enjoyed this series especially to see the repeat characters as the stories progressed. Predictable but not overly "repeated" themes that you might see in some series. Where the same thing happens to the main character or the plot is very "predictable" because the same thing happens to each character. I really enjoyed the family dynamics and learning the story of each of the children. I would highly recommend for light read ...more
