I had high expectations for this book even before I started reading it due to its brilliant debut. I wasn't the least bit disappointed with The Iron Daughter. It was as good as The Iron King, if not better. They story has a powerful and thrilling plot which brings readers on a journey to retrieve the Scepter of Seasons which was stolen by a new kind of Faery called The Iron Fey.

The Iron Daughter was even better than The Iron King. Kagawa's faery realm was already built in The Iron King so this book moved a bit faster than the first. Some of my favorite characters returned, and I got to fall in LOVE with a sort of new character and a completely new character. I know my reviews are sometimes vague but I hate to give anything away. My favorite part of reading a book is not knowing what is going to happen or who will help/hinder the main character with whatever journey the

Loved, loved, loved this book! The Iron Daughter is the second book in The Iron Fey series. I love Meghan. I love Puck, also known as Robin Goodfellow to all you Midsummer Nights Dreams fans out there. And I loveeeeee Ash!! I never join "teams" when it comes to love triangles, but I am Team Ash all the way! In The Iron Daughter it's up to Meghan, Puck, and Grimalkin to stop a new Iron King (or the false Iron King to some of the iron fey), save Ash from the Iron in his brain that is slowly killin

3.5 stars. This has been sitting in my TBR pile for over a year now. I liked the first book but it didn't compel me to want to read the others right away. I must admit that this second book in the series accomplished what the first did not. I am now want to read the others. I felt the first book was unnecessarily drawn out while this book ended too soon for me.
