I have finally gone and moved into the twenty first century and read an e-book, for the first time in my life I have read a book solely in digital form and have to say that it really wasn't that that bad an experience. However I still prefer reading a good proper book made of paper.

What better mystery to read for the Classic Bingo Challenge “Read a Classic Mystery/Thriller” square than Agatha Christie’s first published novel, first mystery and first story featuring the incomparable Detective Hercule Poirot, his sidekick Captain Hastings, and Chief Inspector Japp of Scotland Yard! Good, but not GREAT. I love Agatha Christie, and this is not one of my favorites of her works. Still, a solid mystery read, though. Christie is like pizza-- even when it's not the best, it is still pretty good, you know? --Jen from Quebec :0)
