Shelves: audiobook, audible, physical-book, 2018

Well, it is the second time that I picked it up and this time I decided to read it as an audiobook as well as following the paperback copy that I had. The truth is I can't get into magical-realism genre books it strange. I wanted to read the book because I heard so many good things about the book as well as for the author too.
When I decided to read it I said to myself that I need to read t with audiobook and it was the best thing that I did, even when I was listening to it in a speed of 1.5.

Shelves: mystery, contemporary, good-ideas-but

2.5 stars. A young man getting a job in a strange bookstore, with customers borrowing mysterious books, and deciding to solve the mystery with the help of modern technological implements: this definitely got my attention. However, while it was an entertaining read, I thought the story was too short to fulfil the book's premise. This was a very neat story. I was intrigued by the mystery book store, quirky characters, strange secret society and the looming question regarding immortality. It was a little slow at times, but overall a very unique read.

This was so much fun to read! I hated to have to put it down, but it was my bedtime book and I do get sleepy and need sleep especially this week so I can heal. Feeling so much better and finished this wonderful book this morning.
A 24-hour bookstore?! Heck yeah! But it's not just that. There was a nifty secret society, a code that needed to be broken, a view into the life of Google....
