So, today was a pretty big driving day - solo. So I was glad I had this audio book on hand.
Doing this story as an audio book versus a physical book is like night and day for me.
I still find the writing style very dry and....boring. But the narrator seems to help pull the story into a narration - and it seems to help me not get bored as I try to picture the scene.

This novel picks up right where Book 1 left off, unfortunately so did Dashner's mediocre writing style and lack of description. Still, there is enough in the plotline to keep my interest. I like that characters may not necessarily be who they seem and it keeps you guessing. We learn a little more about the post-apocalyptic world and get snippets of what WICKED is and how Thomas and Teresa are involved, but not quite enough for it to make sense.
