What Members Thought
Now begins my long wait till Book 6. Sigh.
Both A Feast for Crows and A Dance with Dragons were harder for me to get through than the previous books. GRRM has introduced so many plots and sub-plots and ADwD just adds more to the mix, seemingly without getting us any closer to the answer of who will sit the Iron Throne in the end (but giving us enough to make some good guesses). This one seemed a lot better than some of the previous ones, maybe because I was reading them back to back and getting a little burned out, who knows. Still a great plotline, so much depth and so many stories to follow. I really enjoyed following everyone's adventures and it wasn't too hard to pick up where I left off. I feel lost. Also, the entire ASOIAF seems like a chess game between Little Finger and Varys (there's a scene in season 1 with those two in the throne room and the throne between them I reckon). Little Finger is representing the "bad" and all the things he does are for his own good and purpose, while Varys is the "good", doing the things for the realm... kinda. SPOILER!
