So interesting.It never occurred to me to see it from a plant’s point of view. First she leads us to be suspicious of the plants but then through a trick of good writing we begin to feel sympathetic.

This book is growing on me. The story is that colonists from Earth claim a planet they name Pax in search of peace and harmony, but they don;t understand the way evolution has worked there. Told from the viewpoint of different generations on Pax, the truth is slowly unveiled.
