This had a promising start but ended up being extremely bland yet heavy-handed (Mrs ELM, Nora SEED, come on...). It was like trying to force a bunch of insta-worthy inspirational quotes to have a proper storyline.
What a read this was. I see why it is being talked about in all sorts of book groups.
I love this topic and being able to read a well written book on it in a fiction sense was so captivating and enjoyable.

I felt like this novel started out very promising. The premise caught my interest, and the novel jumped right into the plot. I couldn’t stop reading the first few chapters! But then it started to slow down and drag a bit, and then it started to get even more slow and repetitive. I was putting the book down for longer and longer periods of time.
