This is one of the most popular books I have seen in a while, especially on Youtube with the Booktuber YA crowd other than Brandon Sanderson (as his last few books have also been bad). This might be because the author wrote a series of YA novels, before she started on writing adult books to add to the hype.

I should have known and expected this book to be bad, if the YA Booktuber crowed loved it and this book had hype, but I decided to read it anyway to see if the hype lived up, expecting anythin ...more
