I feel like I need to add in a disclaimer with this review:
I hate marking books low because it takes a chunk out the author to put themselves out there to be criticized. With that said, this was a "it was me, not you" situation.

Many reviewers are likening this book to Gone Girl. In my opinion, they are only alike in that there is a girl who has disappeared. While I had the 'twist' of Gone Girl figured out less than half-way through the book, this one kept me in the dark until the end. With interesting characters and a fairly exciting plot this is one good mystery. ...more
