Shelves: kindle, returned-traded, literature-fiction, library-books, historical
Although I liked this book and thought it was well written, it left me wanting more. I found myself entranced and wanted to find out more about the miniaturist. However, when the identity was revealed, it was a total letdown and I somehow felt cheated. I also felt some of the character's flaws were glossed over and never really addressed. A good book that promises but doesn't quite deliver. ...more
